What do our clients and their families say?
“One thing I really like is the time they allow to interact and talk to mum putting her needs first. They keep me informed of any needs she may have whether it is medication or food that she says she may like.” Daughter of part time care client.
“The people who came to me were very friendly, easy to talk to and very caring. In the early stages they came when I returned from hospital following an operation and helped with all aspects of daily life. They assisted with my physiotherapy and I looked forward to seeing the carer each day.” Elderly care services client.
Quality assistance, even for complex care needs
Many of our home care clients face life-limiting, terminal or progressive illnesses. This includes Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Others use our services after a one-off event like a fall.
All these can affect your capacity to carry out usual roles at home and you may require assistance with daily tasks. In addition, it can create challenges for a spouse, family and loved ones. They may need to help care and they can become concerned about the patient’s wellbeing.
Luckily, with Guardian Angel Carers, you can stay at home, and still get the qualified support you need. Our services help manage care needs, but also improves self-worth, confidence and comfort. In addition, families know a trained carer helps you meet personal and more complex care needs, without them feeling overwhelmed or you leaving home. This helps everyone maintain as much quality of life as possible.
