Our team of wonderful CareAngels make us who we are. All of our compassionate team members are thoroughly vetted; our review process includes talking with references, a DBS check, a psychometric test, face-to-face interviews, and skills assessments. Our staff receive comprehensive training and on-going support so that they can best support you.
Continuity of care is important to you which means it is important to us. Our care coordination team work hard to ensure that you receive visits from a regular team of carers at your preferred times. Of course, our CareAngels need breaks and occasionally get sick too, but we will keep you abreast of any changes in a timely manner.
All of our team members here at Guardian Angel Carers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced care professionals. Our Registered Care Manager has a wealth of experience in the fields of health and care, and we also have a medical advisor on stand-by. We find that it is always handy having a GP in the family!
Our outstanding care services have been recommended by many local professionals, including GPs, district nurses, and specialist nurses for multiple sclerosis and stoma care among other medical concerns. As well, we work with NHS Continuing Healthcare, providing home from hospital and end of life care packages.
We know that everybody’s needs are different. We get to know you before we create a customised plan so that we can understand your likes, dislikes, needs and preferences. Our specialist care management technology ensures that our carers have access to the most up-to-date information, both about you and about the care you need us to deliver.
In any relationship, trust is of the utmost importance, and this truism is never more true than when you open the door to your own home. At your first meeting with us, you will be assigned a dedicated Care Manager who will oversee all aspects of your care, a relationship that ensures all ongoing support and re-assessments meet your changing needs.
We understand that needs can change, and when your needs change, we want to make sure we are meeting them. The support that works best for you now may look very different a few months or years down the line, and we promise to respond and increase or adapt our support as needed. These changes can all happen whilst you remain in the comfort of your own home.
Whether you need a little domestic help around the house or comprehensive, around-the-clock care, Guardian Angel Carers are here to help. Many people find themselves at a stage where they feel institutional or residential care is the only option; we can offer you an alternative: all-encompassing one-to-one care in the comfort and familiar surroundings of your own home.
