Home care is a naturally varied sector, and the positions we appoint to are equally mixed, with flexible shift patterns and long-term structures designed to meet the needs of our clients and ensure every CareAngel has a sustainable, reliable working week, whether part-time, full-time or overnight.
Some roles are based on one-to-one support where our CareAngel does not require a driving licence or car. However, many visiting care roles do, since CareAngels may attend several placements during a shift and may be asked to assist with shopping or helping a person attend a social event.

We provide comprehensive training for all new home care team members, including a Care Certificate and Manual Handling, and can consider applicants for many vacancies without pre-existing experience. Along with a funded Care Certificate, CareAngels can also opt to pursue an NVQ 2 or 3 to expand their knowledge and skills, gain a professional qualification, and work towards long-term career progression.
We often have guaranteed contracts available for security and stability and schedule most shifts between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm, giving CareAngels options to schedule their work around other obligations and familial commitments.
