Fleming Court Business Centre is situated on the outskirts of Eastleigh and is easily accessible from Salisbury via the A36 and the M27/M3 motorway network. The journey typically takes approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic.

The most direct route involves taking the A36 (Southampton Road) south-east out of Salisbury. After approximately 14 miles, join the M27 at the Ower Interchange, heading East towards Southampton / Portsmouth. The office is conveniently located near major transport hubs:

• M3 Access: At Junction 4 of the M27, merge onto the M3 North (towards London). Exit almost immediately at the A335 exit, less than half a mile from the destination.
• Local Access: Once off the motorway, follow the A335 (Leigh Road) directly into Eastleigh.

Our office in Fleming Court is accessed via Kornwestheim Way and is located behind the Holiday Inn (Southampton-Eastleigh).
