Building on the strong foundations of the Eastleigh and Hedge End teams, Pascal and Stephen now lead our exceptional CareAngels across Salisbury and Andover, delivering trusted, high-quality support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
It was domiciliary care that drew Pascal and Stephen to this industry. Both felt this was a sector where they could do their best work. They wanted to positively impact their local community, clients, CareAngels and their families.

Pascal leads with a clear mission: to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives through high-quality, compassionate care.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Pascal built his career progressing from Sales and Marketing roles to Senior Director and Business Unit Leader positions. This journey shaped his strong leadership style, commercial insight, and ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
Driven by a desire to give back to the community, Pascal made the transition into the care sector, bringing with him a fresh perspective and a deep commitment to raising standards. He firmly believes that when carers feel valued, supported, and empowered, they deliver the very best outcomes for clients.
Prior to opening Guardian Angel Carers Eastleigh and Hedge End, Stephen spent 10 years as a Hampshire Police Detective. Following the birth of his second child through surrogacy he wanted to share his experience with others. As a result, he joined a non-profit professional surrogacy agency based in the UK. His varied background gives Stephen many interpersonal skills that are essential for running a care business.
I started my career in adult care in 2012, as a healthcare assistant. This was on an acute surgical ward at Southampton general hospital. Since then I took up various roles within clinical settings which resulted in experience across many care provisions. After taking time off to travel, I started a five-year role as a senior support worker in the community palliative care team. In this role I could fulfil my grandma’s last wishes and support her journey to end of life, in the comfort of her own home. My passion for ensuring individuals receive high quality care drove me to want to learn and expand my knowledge. Therefore, I undertook a diploma of higher education in healthcare support. I believe everyone should be able to lead independent, fulfilling happy lives with the caring and compassionate support of others. Guardian Angel Carers share these values, providing safe, effective quality care with dignity and respect.
I practised General Medicine Nursing in Romania before specialising in Mental Health Community Nursing. I always thrived on giving people my time, and trying to make a difference. I left Nursing in 2003 and started my career in adult social care. Fortunately, I could work across different areas of adult social care, including learning difficulty and mental health. My career started as a support worker and progressed to becoming an Area Manager. In addition, I completed my diploma in managing health services. In 2016 I had to personally seek community care for my sister who had cancer and required end of life support. This connected me with carers who were going above and beyond to support not only my sister, but our family too. This prompted me to restart direct managing for community care teams. I wanted people in similar circumstances to have the same outstanding experience. Fast forward to today, where I have actively managed a local community care team, and continually expand my knowledge. Making a difference and doing things creatively to achieve excellence has brought me to Guardian Angel Carers. I believe that the ethos of Guardian Angel Carers and working alongside like-minded people will help me develop further.
