Live-in care is a unique position and is usually structured where one carer or team of carers provide one-on-one support for a person, working pre-agreed shift patterns with in-built rest and breaks to ensure each carer maintains a positive work/life balance.
Where live-in carers remain on-site overnight, they are allocated private sleeping quarters as standard. Our experienced care coordinators provide ongoing oversight and support to monitor care delivery and any assistance necessary.
