Our Cardiff CareAngels team receive competitive rates of pay and a sector-leading package of benefits, training, and other perks, including a workplace pension fund, fully paid holidays and training and free breakdown cover as standard.
While exact salaries or hourly rates depend on the nature of the role you apply for, we include all the relevant information in our vacancies to ensure you have all the details necessary to decide whether a position is the right fit for your skills.
Current vacancies include care assistant positions, with hourly rates beginning at £12, inclusive of Care Certification training and help to work towards other professional qualifications as your knowledge and experience develop.

Live-in care positions are scheduled on a pre-agreed structure for continuity and planning, with set shifts and a weekly rate of pay, alongside the same access to training to upskill your care knowledge and provide a foundation for a long-term career.

Many clients form close bonds with their regular carers, who provide professional, friendly and compassionate care to make each person feel safe, relaxed, comfortable and cared for in their own home.
Our home care services include:
- Domestic care, helping with shopping, housekeeping and other daily tasks.
- Visiting care, with pre-agreed days or hours, offering continuity and a familiar face.
- Companionship care to ensure every client has company, support and practical assistance.
- Domiciliary care, including personal care, medication, cooking fresh meals and helping with social activities or days out.
