We’ll guide your first steps as a Guardian Angel Carers franchisee with our comprehensive onboarding training programme.
Firstly, we believe every position in the organisation should understand what it entails to deliver care. So, you’ll complete our CareAngel training. Next, you and your Registered Care Manager will attend a two week residential training placement at our head office. The onboarding journey will include homework such as:

Our comprehensive Guardian Angel Carers operations manual supplies you with all the policies and procedures to set up your franchise. We will guide you through the manual at the franchise training sessions. In addition, your Business Coach and Quality Manager will assist you every step of the way.
Once your franchise is set up both your Business Coach and Quality Manager will provide regular and ongoing support. They will connect you with the relevant Operational Support Team members, guide you and answer all your operational questions.
Finding the right location within your franchise territory is extremely important and can be very stressful. We identified each Guardian Angel Carers franchise territory by analysing government data. One can use this data and our experience to suggest suitable locations within your territory.
