    We’ll guide your first steps as a Guardian Angel Carers franchisee with our comprehensive onboarding training programme.

    Firstly, we believe every position in the organisation should understand what it entails to deliver care. So, you’ll complete our CareAngel training. Next, you and your Registered Care Manager will attend a two week residential training placement at our head office. The onboarding journey will include homework such as:

    • Support

    We have training pathways for each key role within the business. Therefore, we can support you as you recruit and train your team to deliver quality service. We will even be here years down the line, when you are enjoying a more executive role with a leadership team in place. You’ll always have us to help you continue driving your business forward.
