Gain independence, time, and security, with excellent training, support and guidance, by simply joining our network.
Benefits of opening a Home Care franchise
Our home care franchise gives you an opportunity to run your own business franchise. Every day, you will be rewarded with the satisfaction of knowing you have improved people’s lives and that you are giving something back to the community.
The ageing population of the UK means that the value and the demand for home care and live-in care has increased and will continue to increase. We are essential to the maintainance of the overall health of the community, both now and in the future, making this a top franchise opportunity.
Home care is one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK, making this one of the best franchise opportunities. Our comprehensive approach includes technical and business franchise development support, and we provide everything you need to set up and grow a sustainable and profitable franchise.
What is the skill set of a Guardian Angel Carers franchisee?
Excellent interpersonal skills
Drive and determination to run your own business
Willingness to manage the business within the framework of our proven business model
You don’t need experience in the care industry to be an ideal fit for our network
What is your role as business owner?
As a Guardian Angel Carers franchisee, you will:
- Take responsibility for all business operations.
- Recruit and build your team, ensuring you have CareAngels who embody our values
- Lead your own team, placing importance on supporting them and ensuring their wellbeing
- Ensure all team members provide compassionate care that aligns with the Guardian Angel Carers standard
How does the network help franchisees?
We will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support in all areas. Our support enables franchisees to manage business finances, and oversee all efforts around recruitment, HR, training, and marketing.
What is a Registered Care Manager?
An essential part of our service entails registration with the Care Quality Commission, England’s independent regulator of health and social care, or Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) in Wales. Registration with the CQC and CIW requires you, as the business owner, to be the ‘Nominated Individual’. Additionally, you will need a ‘Registered Care Manager’ whose role is the first for which you will recruit. Under exceptional circumstances, should you or your business partner have prior industry experience, one of you may fulfil this role.
Regardless, the Registered Care Manager will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care team
- Facilitate communication between you and your CareAngels
- Work to ensure that your business is CQC or CIW compliant
- Collaborate with the other members of your leadership team to help you grow your business
