Night care is a personalised, dedicated role where you work one-on-one with families and individuals in the privacy and comfort of their homes, often following established morning and evening routines to ensure the client is safe, comfortable, happy and well looked after.
Our pay packages and benefits are comprehensive and include the following:
We are committed to helping each of our CareAngels excel. Many carers work towards further qualifications through our continued professional development programme, learning new skills and capabilities to provide long-term career progression.
Each role is different and structured around the needs of the person, but with predefined hours, rest breaks and a private sleeping area where the post is a sleeping, rather than waking, position.
Waking night carers remain entitled to appropriate rest, and our management team provides ongoing oversight to ensure all night carers are properly supported and maintain a sustainable work/life balance.
