Andy is the business owner of our Lincoln & Newark branch. He’s from Lincolnshire and his warm outgoing nature benefited him during many years in customer facing environments.
Andy has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality trade and 3 years in the care industry. He brings Guardian Angel Carers to his local community to help local people and employ local people.
Lindsey is the registered manager of our Lincoln and Newark branch. Lindsey is originally from the Mansfield area and is a very caring and approachable person. This led to her becoming a registered manager at just 27 years old. With over 13 years’ experience in care settings Lindsey has the experience and is very much a people person who shares the same values as everyone here at Guardian Angels of wanting to provide safe, effective, quality care with dignity and respect for every one that needs it in the local community.
A proud Newark native, Kirsty has devoted her entire life to this community.
Since joining our team in March 2023 as a CareAngel, Kirsty’s commitment and exceptional skills have propelled her to new heights.
In January 2024, she achieved a well-deserved promotion, marking the culmination of her five years of invaluable experience in the field of care.
Kirsty embodies kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication, fostering a warm and supportive environment for both our clients and fellow CareAngels alike.
Rachel is the Care Coordinator of our Lincoln and Newark branch.
Rachel is from West Yorkshire and has worked in the care industry since 2020, when she changed her career from Graphic Design, which she had done for more than 30 years, to Care Assistant, a move that she wished she had made decades ago.
Her people-centric nature has afforded her excellent communication and awareness skills with a proven track record in putting client’s needs above everything else whilst maintaining their independence, dignity and respect at all times.
Rachel is excited to take on this new role of Care Coordinator and contribute these strengths and proficiencies towards Guardian Angel Carers’ efforts to provide excellent care and support to clients in the Lincoln and Newark areas.
Lucy has lived in Newark all her life and proudly calls Balderton home. She began her career in care in December 2022 and joined Guardian Angel Carers in May 2024, quickly becoming a valued and familiar face to both clients and the team.
Her natural warmth, dedication, and enthusiasm saw her promoted to Care Supervisor within just a year — a role she embraced wholeheartedly in May 2025. Lucy says she loved supporting her clients from day one, and when the opportunity came to step into a new role, she jumped at the chance.
Now thriving in the office team, Lucy enjoys helping however she can — whether it’s meeting new clients or holding care reviews, supporting her fellow Care Angels, or offering a listening ear to those who need it.
Outside of work, Lucy is a keen crocheter, often creating cosy and colourful projects in her downtime.
