Continuity of care is important to you which means it is important to us. Our care coordination team works hard to ensure that you receive regular visits from carers at your preferred times. Of course, our CareAngels need breaks and occasionally get sick too. Don’t worry though, because we will keep you abreast of any changes in a timely manner.
