Flexible Home Care Vacancies
in and Around Mid-Sussex
developing our team
We recognise that flexibility and remuneration are key factors in choosing the right home care role that is compatible with a positive work/life balance. Our sector-leading pay rates and packages are designed to reflect the commitment, quality and integrity we expect from all candidates.
We offer both specialist and domiciliary care, which can include:
- Providing personal care and medication assistance.
- Companionship care and domestic help around the home.
- Housekeeping and support with attending social functions.
- Visiting care, overnight and live-in care.
This diverse range of services means we often recruit part-time and full-time home carers, with roles that could vary from visiting care, structured long-term live-in care, part-time roles supporting clients in the evenings or weekends, and any other shift pattern that may be required.
Roles are necessarily adaptable but primarily work on pre-agreed shift patterns for continuity, and we can often provide guaranteed hours contracts for job security and the assurance that your work schedule will fit alongside other obligations.
Some jobs may require a car and driving licence, whereas vacancies based on one-to-one long-term care with one individual may not, and we detail the expected hours, days of the week and an outline of the core responsibilities in each job listing.
Working With a Multi-Skilled Home Care Team in Mid-Sussex

Where roles are suited to applicants without prior experience, we note this in the application. Our recruitment colleagues can also provide guidance if you are unsure which posts would be the best match for your availability and existing skills. Successful candidates will be subject to screening as an integral safety measure for all home care roles.
Our aim is to ensure that every individual in the Mid-Sussex region, including Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill can access professional, reliable and respectful care and has the option to live independently in their own homes for as long as they wish – with the support and practical assistance necessary to make that possible.
