We have a dedicated team of experts on hand to help with all your needs. Our in-house nurse brings wisdom and experience to the delivery of all our carers training, which is thorough and comprehensive prior to their start with Guardian Angel Carers. We also have a Doctor on hand for support and advice. We are strong believers in team work, and work closely alongside other local healthcare professionals to ensure you get the best possible care and support.
Quality runs at the heart of all that we do, from our rigorous recruitment process to the care that we deliver. We are of course only as good as our people, therefore we work very hard to recruit only the best. Our recruitment process is thorough, with online psychometric and written tests, interviews, references, and DBS checks. Once recruited all our carers and office staff complete our care training programme, in addition to other training specific to their role for office staff.
Our service is fully managed around the clock. Our carers work 24 / 7, and therefore so do we. Whilst the office is only open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, we operate an out of hours emergency on-call phone 24 / 7 to ensure the smooth running of our services.
Continuity of care is important to you, and to us. We all know it is nice to see a familiar face, and our care coordinator works tirelessly to ensure you have the continuity of carers at the times you prefer. Understandable even our carers get sick and need holiday, after all, we are only human! However, we will ensure to keep you abreast of any changes to your regular care visits.
