Care positions are diverse and can include the following:
- Personal care: help with dressing, bathing and moving around the home.
- Nutrition: preparing healthy, freshly cooked meals and providing medication reminders.
- Domestic assistance: cleaning, laundry, collecting prescriptions and other errands.
- Companionship: providing company, friendship and support.
- Mobility: attending events, helping with shopping or seeing family and friends.
